Redevelopment project for the “Hotel Brasil” accommodation facility in Cervia – Milano Marittima,
aimed at diversifying and expanding the tourist offer (seasonal adjustment),
improving hospitality capacity and pursuing environmental sustainability goals.

Project description:

The approved project aims to make the accommodation facility more competitive and sustainable, promoting the deseasonalisation of the tourist offer and improving service quality. The interventions focused on modernising the spaces and systems, implementing innovative solutions that ensure greater comfort, energy efficiency, and safety. Significant investments were made to optimise climate control, reduce energy consumption, and integrate low-environmental-impact technologies, as well as to enhance accessibility and the overall functionality of the premises.
The project also includes strengthening the areas dedicated to catering and introducing modern equipment in line with the most advanced industry standards.
Thanks to these actions, the facility will be able to offer a high-quality hospitality experience throughout the year, with tangible benefits for the local area and for the overall sustainability of the business.
The project is carried out thanks to European Funds of the Emilia-Romagna Region and foresees a total investment of €609,000.00, with a requested public contribution of €200,000.00.
